On May 12, 2021, the atomic scale research team of our university published the review results in the field of perovskite-based photovoltaic with the title of “Photon management to reduce energy loss in perovskite solar cells” (Chem. Soc. Rev., 2021, DOI: 10.1039/d0cs01488e) in the top international academic journal Chemical Society Reviews (IF="42.846)."
This is the breakthrough again after the team made our university as the first unit and published important research in high-level journals such as Acta Materialia (2020, 188, 354), Adv. Energy Mater. (2021, 202100529) and Nano Energy (2020, 78, 105354). This review analyzes the important strategies and regulation mechanisms of photon energy loss inside perovskite solar cells. The first author of the review is Associate Professor Chen Cong, and the corresponding authors are Professor Zheng Shijian of our university and Professor Song Hongwei of Jilin University. The State Key Laboratory of Electrical Equipment Reliability and Intelligent jointly established by the faculty of Materials Science and Engineering of our university and provincial ministry is the first communication unit for the review results.
Chemical Society Reviews is a top-level journal of the first-level discipline, and is recognized as one of the three most influential and authoritative review academic journals in the world of chemistry, chemical engineering and materials. According to the global academic journal influence index published by Google Scholar (2018), the journal ranks 5th and Reviews ranks 1st. According to the latest data released by Clarivate Analytics "SCI Journal Citation Analysis Report", the 2020 impact factor of the journal is 42.846.
This review results and a number of previously published research results indicate that our university’s scientific research has received extensive attention and recognition from international counterparts.
