On April 14, Elsevier officially released the list of 2021 "Highly Cited Chinese Researchers", in which six scholars from our university, namely Han Xu, Ma Guowei, Hu Ning, Tang Chengchun, Tian Jiayu and Zhang Jianxin, were selected, including Han Xu and Hu Ning for the eighth consecutive time.

The list of "Highly Cited Chinese Researchers" covers 84 first-level disciplines in 10 disciplines of the Ministry of Education, with a total of 4,701 scholars from 523 universities, enterprises and research institutions on the list.

Among our selected scholars, Han Xu and Hu Ning are from the discipline of Mechanical Engineering, Tang Chengchun is from the discipline of Materials Science and Engineering, and Ma Guowei, Tian Jiayu and Zhang Jianxin are from the discipline of Civil Engineering.
